When he first called, “White doesn’t come out at all.”

After about a year, it’s normal to check some basics and say something like this.

“I checked some things, but what doesn’t work in this part?”

 

This was a place where learning didn’t go well.

If the ink load does not work, you should check that there is no air leak in all the connecting parts from the main ink bottle to the waste ink bottle.

In particular, White has channels 1,2,3,4 connected to the main ink bottle 1 and channels 5,6 connected to the main ink bottle 2,

and each shares an ink line with the other, so if air leaks in one place, air will enter all places.

For this reason, when checking White, you should check channels 1,2,3,4 together, and the same goes for channels 5 and 6.

 

The inspection points are as follows.

• Is the damper and the ink tube connected to the damper loose and causing air leaks?
• Is there a problem with the connection at the head where the damper enters?
• Is the captop and print head positioned correctly and is the seal maintained?
• Is the captop and print head positioned correctly, but is the print head protection metal bent or is there a gap next to it that breaks the vacuum?
• Is the captop and print head positioned correctly, but is the captop rubber dull and not sealing when capping?
• Is the captop itself not functioning properly due to its lifespan?
• Is the captop tube at the bottom of the captop loose and air is not flowing in when loading ink?
• Is there a tear somewhere in the tube connected to the fitting?
• Is the motor pump tube (yellow tube) reaching the end of its lifespan and not sending ink? Or is it not torn?

 

In this way, there are many variables in the inkload problem.

• The area where the damper and ink tube are connected is not a big problem unless the damper is replaced.
