Today, I will explain about “ARTJET UV Printer Consumer Issues and Resolution 5 _ Sai Flexi Lip Dongle Key Recognition Failure”.
I. Problem Symptoms
1. It worked fine when I first installed it.
Sai rip was installed well through the following process, but after the Windows update, Sai rip did not turn on and only an error message appeared.
The following message may also appear in the following cases.
* When running Rip SW without inserting the Dongle key.
* When the USB port is broken even though the Dongle key is inserted.
* When the Dongle key itself is broken.

Since then, the only message I’ve gotten is “A valid license for the program could not be found.”
I’ve tried pressing Yes (Y) and No (N), but nothing works.
2. I tried installing it on a different PC
I installed Rip on my work PC and another laptop. On both, the Rip software activated without any problems.
3. Looking closely
When I installed Rip on my work PC and another laptop and plugged in the dongle key (Lock key), a light came on at the end of the USB, but
On the PC that was giving the error message, the light did not come on.
I tried plugging in another normal USB to check if it was a USB port problem, and the other USB light came on and there was no problem recognizing it.
In the end, the problem is that the dongle key (lock key) itself is not recognized only on the PC that is not currently working.
II. Solution
1. Uninstall and reinstall the rip program
When installing Rip SW, make sure that “SafeNet Sentinel system Driver 7.6.7” is checked in the section below.
2. After Rip SW installation is complete, uninstall the program “SafeNet Sentinel system Driver 7.6.7”
Go to “Add or Remove Programs” on your PC and uninstall “SafeNet Sentinel system Driver 7.6.7”.
3. Rip SW installation complete
Install the following files.
“Sentinel_Protection_Installer_7.6.9”
Sentinel_Protection_Installer_7.6.9
Download the above Zip file, unzip it, and install the program.
Till now, we click the “Next” or “Yes”, but hereunder you have to click the “No” one time.
4. Insert the dongle key and run Rip SW
When you insert the lip dongle key, a light that wasn’t on before will start to come on and the dongle key will be recognized.
After running the program, it will work normally.
