I. Problem _Reset SW to default settings

Occasionally, when initializing the ARTJET software, the head carriage speed may change from Normal/Normal to Normal/Slow, or the Quality mode may change to Off under certain printing conditions.

This occurs when the software fails to load the original settings during initialization.

If you perform a nozzle test or print in this state, only the printing message appears and the actual printing does not proceed.

• In this case, proceed as follows:
• Force quit the software (via Task Manager).
• Reconnect the software.
• Enter the Head Carriage Speed section and change it to Normal / Normal.
• In the G Mask settings window, change Off to Quality.

As such, software sometimes crashes for various reasons.

Furthermore, there are times when you change a condition value and can’t find the change.

In these cases, you can use the “Revert to Delivery Settings” feature to restore the software to its original settings.
