I. Problem _I hear a clicking noise on the X-axis  

 

I will explain how to remove the belt, as the belt is assembled in the reverse order of removal.

 

Step 1 Loosen the motor block fixing screws

The X-axis motor has four motor block fixing bolts.

First, loosen the four motor block fixing bolts.

 

By removing the two bolts below, you can move the pulley forward,

and create a gap for the small belt to slip through.

Remove the problematic belt through that gap.
