When I print it, it has a yellow tint all over it.

I checked if Cleaning and Inkload were working well, but it was not resolved,

I thought it was a DATA-related problem, and even replaced the head!!

When I did a nozzle test, there were no clogged nozzles,,, everything came out well,,,

When I just printed the image, the whole thing had a yellow tint,,,

 

II. Causes and Solutions to the Problem _When I print it, it has a yellow tint all over it.

ARTJET contains C, M, Y, K, the basic 4 colors, and Light Cyan and Light Magenta as secondary colors.

“Representative, in the Nozzle pattern Test image, isn’t Yellow appearing in place of Light Magenta?”

“I confirmed that all the ink came out, but I didn’t look closely.”

“Please print the Nozzle pattern and take a look.”

“Yes, Yellow color is mixed in place of Light Magenta.”

 

The cause of the problem is that yellow ink entered the Light Magenta channel.

• Is it because the Captop rubber blade is dull and the Captop cotton touches the head surface, causing yellow ink to flow into the Light Magenta spot?
• Is it because cleaning is not done after inkload, so the ink remaining in the Captop flows back to the Damper?
• Is it because the head cleaning liquid (we do not sell it) is poured on the Captop, maintaining the capping state, and over time, ink flows into different channels?

 

By the way, you should not pour alcohol on the captop and keep it capped to improve the head condition.

• The alcohol on the captop can travel through the ink to the main bottle,
• and in this case, the entire color will be distorted.

3. Solve _When I print it, it has a yellow tint all over it.

You need to remove the Yellow ink in Light Magenta damper.

After sufficient Inkload(pumping), clean, and print the ARTJET Test image, repeat the same process until the color returns.
