and if the Chinese original seller no longer supplies the model, if an electronic board problem occurs, you will not be able to obtain the electronic board, and ultimately, the printer problem will not be resolved.

If you purchase used equipment through direct transaction, be sure to check whether the equipment was purchased through a Korean dealer,

and it is recommended to choose equipment purchased through a Korean dealer, not Alibaba.

First, you should look at the nozzle Test photo and look at the entire printed material printed in that state.

Are you seeing any lines on a solid color or white background?

To what extent are small letters expressed?

Rather than checking for good print quality, you need to check that the images printed on your used equipment are of sufficient print quality for the work you need to do.

If you get the print quality you want, the next thing is the printable file and color.

You must check whether the printable file is only a Photoshop file or an Ai file.

Some people do not even know the concept of ICC profile and just adjust the color of the Photoshop file to match the color,

so it is a good idea to check whether the ICC profile is applied to the Rip software and whether there is a color graph adjustment function.

When you actually proceed with the print order, there will be customers who request to change the print color, and if it is difficult to change the color of the original file, you have no choice but to match the color by adjusting the color graph in Rip SW.

There seem to be three cases.

Equipment that has a dealer in Korea and is sold in a certain quantity: You can get the electronic board, spare parts, and consumables through that dealer later.

Equipment that has a dealer in Korea, but the number of that model is not large: Since it is used equipment, you must inquire whether the board of that equipment is still available. Sometimes, the electronic board of that model may not be available due to discontinuation of the model.

If you are bringing in equipment purchased through Alibaba as used, it is a good idea to take a picture of the nameplate of the equipment and inquire whether the electronic board is available in China.

Buying ink through Alibaba means that the color will be wrong because the ICC profile that matches the current ink is not available.

It is not easy to adjust this wrong color to a normal color no matter how much color adjustment is done.

First, it is right to use the ink set for the device,

and even considering the color difference, if you want to change the ink, you should buy the ink that has the head name specified. Ink that does not have the head name can cause various problems.

• Even if inkload and pumping are possible, jetting may not occur at all,
• and even if jetting is possible, ink may fly out during printing and scatter around the periphery, and if the flying is severe, the nozzle may be blocked during printing.
