This is a problem that was first discovered in our demo equipment.
At the beginning of last year, Sai rip version was upgraded from 19 to 22. This is applicable from version 22.
Since the functions are almost the same, I used it without much thought,
At the request of an acquaintance, I did CWC printing, and when printing only color after printing white color, white lines that were not in DATA were printed randomly.
Of course, I was able to proceed with the work using option “color only”, but after printing CW, I couldn’t use the color printing function, which is the next image automatically, so I continued to TEST.

I ran several tests and couldn’t solve it until dawn.
I reported the problem symptoms to my Chinese friend who develops and manufactures printers by e-mail, and I got message later that it was the first time he had seen the symptoms,
In the end, an engineer from Sai rip’s Chinese branch connected to our printer and solved the problem.
It was simpler than I thought,,, but it was disappointing,,,
When ripping only the color, I set Spot 1 and Spot 2 to none and ripped, and the problem was solved,
In the ARTJET software program, the image information is displayed as 6 colors (CMYK Lc Lm without White Varnish) instead of 8 colors.

Experienced AS people recognize this issue as electrical noise or board defect.
Rather than thinking of it as a Rip, I also performed the following tasks first.
- Turn all power off and then on.
- Replace head DATA cable, print head
- Replace board

For this reason, I thought, ‘Could it be because of Rip?’ and tried everything else, and after changing the settings like this, the problem was solved.
