Suspected that Varnish has fallen

It is not the cause of the problem, but to clear up the representative’s doubt,

Lock Varnish (ARTJET SW has a function to lock each channel, if you lock it, that channel will not be ink jetted) and proceed with printing => Same symptom occurs

 

Is there oil on the part you touched by hand, and is there a stain after printing?

There are cases where similar stains occur when you touch the material with your hand and the oil hardens with the LED, so I asked several times,

They said that they only touched the outer part of the coated leather with their hands. => Not the cause of the problem

 

Isn’t it that the material itself was deformed due to the heat from the LED?

“CEO, the ink will spread, but I suspect it’s the heat from the lamp, so please turn off the lamp power and print the same way.”

=> The ink spread, but the stains that were not on the printed surface disappeared.

The material in question is currently used only by the CEO, and we do not have it, so I told the CEO the following.

“CEO, now you need to find a lamp power condition that is stain-free and white-curable. Please increase the main lamp jog to 20%, 30%, etc. and test it.”

“40% lamp power, no stains, and the white is well-attached.”

 

I have tested artificial leather and natural leather for a long time, but I have never had this problem.

The material that the CEO is using this time seems to be a coating that is weak to heat.
