Touch panel does not turn on

I. Problem _Touch panel does not turn on  

 

“When I start ARTJET Software, it says Offline instead of Initializing”

“Huh? Try unplugging the USB and plugging it back in. Before you do that, turn the printer off and on again.”

“I tried that too, and plugged the USB into a different port, but it didn’t work.”

 

“CEO, are there any other symptoms?”

“By the way, the vacuum and LED lamp are powered on normally, but the touch panel doesn’t power on. The power button lights up.”

“Then, we need to check the main board, the touch panel board, and the wire connecting the main board and the touch panel. First, try unplugging and plugging in the wire.”

“Team leader, I tried that, but it didn’t work.”

 

 

II. Solution _Touch panel does not turn on

I was a bit confused because it was a board that I had never had a problem with no matter how much I thought about it.

When I received the report of the problem, I was so busy with the delivery of 2 ARTJETs that I postponed the schedule for now.

The CEO also had some free time since the UV Printer was not his main job.

On the way back after the delivery, I suddenly remembered one suspicious place.

 

“Hello, CEO?”

“Hello, I can’t. Ha ha ha.”

“Have you tried pressing the emergency button and releasing it again?”

“Yes?”

“When I went to install the equipment before, I had the same symptoms as your equipment. The vacuum and LED were normal, but when I pressed the power button (the button light was normal), the touch panel didn’t turn on.”

“Before, I cut the emergency button wire and taped it back together to remove the printer cover,,,,”

“Then, remove the tape and check the connection status.”

 

Five minutes later, the customer called.

“What should I do?,,, It’ll be fixed right away”

“Thank goodness, sir”

“The thing that was taped up came off”

 

Eventually, the problem was solved by blocking the 24voltage when the Emergency button was activated and then releasing it again.
